Shipping and delivery
Shipping
All tiles are sent by courier companies.
After the tiles are shipped, each customer receives a tracking number for the specific shipment.
We carefully pack the tiles to prevent any damage. The individual pieces are stored in cardboard boxes together with the filling material.

Boxes
For orders up to 3 sqm, we send tiles in individual packages of 1 to 3 pieces.
Palette
For orders over 3 sqm, we send individual boxes placed on a pallet.
Personal pick up
You can pick up the tiles in person in Bratislava. Personal pick up is free.
Where do we send?
We send tiles throughout the EU without restrictions.*
The price varies depending on the country and the total weight of the shipment.
* If you are interested in sending tiles to Malta or Cyprus, please contact us in advance for the price.
Sending outside the EU
If you want to order tiles to a country outside the EU, please contact us in advance. We will check all options and set the price.
