Within the Slovak Republic, delivery is usually within 1-2 working days. In the case of delivery abroad, the delivery time varies according to the specific country.
We always try to pack our ceramic products in such a way that there is no damage. For larger orders we send the goods stored on a pallet.
We send tiles via courier companies. The shipping price depends on the country of delivery and the total weight.

Yes. Our company is a VAT payer. All prices listed on the website include VAT.
The tiles can be picked up in person in Bratislava in the Devínska Nová Ves district.
Orders
Yes. You can buy tile samples via our online shop. We can also send you samples that we do not currently have in our online store.
Cancellation: you can cancel an order placed through the online shop within 24 hours of ordering the goods without giving any reason.
Changing your order: if you choose a different shape or colour of tile, you can change your order within 24 hours of ordering. Alternatively by agreement.
Goods may be returned in accordance with our
terms and conditions
and the Commercial Code.
Tiles are always made to order, so delivery time varies according to the size of the order or design.
The delivery time for standard production and online purchase is 3-4 weeks.
With custom-made production, the delivery time is longer, depending on the demands. However, a minimum of 6 weeks.
When ordering, we recommend adding at least 10% extra to the total amount for possible reductions. The size of the required cut may also vary depending on the size of the tiled area. If you are interested, we will be happy to help you with the calculation of the necessary reserve.
Our product portfolio is very diverse and we are happy to produce tiles that are not currently available in our e-shop.

The tiles will come glued to the mesh in multiples for easier installation. The individual nets fit together nicely, so when installing them just stack them side by side.
Despite many years of experience with sending tiles, it can happen that something gets damaged during transport.
We always carefully pack the tiles and visibly mark each shipment as “FRAGILE”.
If the parcel already shows signs of damage upon delivery, it is necessary to claim the goods on the spot from the courier.

We always weed the plants that are currently available. Each such production is unique and original. It is therefore not possible to choose plants.
Yes, we also offer a quantity discount when ordering larger quantities of tiles.
Technical information
We glue the tiles to the mesh in multiple pieces to make installation easier and faster. The size also depends on the individual shapes of the tiles. The dimensions of the nets are listed in the technical information for each product in our e-shop.
Yes, the tiles are also suitable for behind a gas stove, you don’t have to worry about any damage.
We do not produce paving.

In the case of customized production, we can also cut holes for switches and sockets in the tiles. So you don’t have to cut anything on the spot, just line the hole and then attach the caps. More information can be found on our subpage

The dimensions of the tiles vary depending on the shapes. For more information on individual dimensions, please visit our subpage tile shapes or products in our e-shop.

The tiles are made of high quality materials, which ensures high durability. However, here are some tips on how to care for tiles:
- When cleaning, do not use aggressive and abrasive cleaning agents, avoid agents containing various acids.
- Also, do not use wire brushes for cleaning.
- You can clean the tiles with spring water or another natural-based degreaser (natural, eco-friendly cleaners).
The installation of handmade tiles is the same as for commonly available tiles in shops. You can use standard tile adhesive and also standard grout for installation.
We only provide the actual production and delivery of the tiles to the customer. Customers are responsible for the installation of the tiles.
If you are interested, we can produce tiles according to the specified dimensions of the tiled area. In practice, this means that you no longer have to measure or trim anything on site. The tiles just need to be assembled according to the plan supplied by us.
Yes. The tiles can be combined with commonly available tiles. If you plan to combine them with other tiles, we can match the tiles to make them fit nicely. For example, by rounding the edges or by appropriate sizing in the case of squares.
You can also come and see the tiles in person. Our showroom is located in Bratislava on Varšavská Street. You will find many samples of different shapes and colours. We will also be happy to advise you in your decision-making.

Bespoke production means that we can fit the tiles exactly to the space according to the dimensions provided.
